TERRA VISTA TOWN CENTER ELEVATOR / WALKWAY DESIGN

(RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA)

This project involved connecting two buildings together to provide access from one to the other. We solved this by adding an elevator and elevated walkway.  

USKL DEFENSE ARTS CENTER

(UPLAND, CA)

The USKL Defense arts Center is a great example of form and function. The design features a large open studio floor and upper mezzanine instruction space. Also included are full men's and Women's locker / shower / restrooms. Visit their website for more information.   

BODY LOVE STUDIO - COFFEE AND SPIN CLUB

(CHINO HILLS, CA)

The Body Love Studio project consisted of a 6,000+ sf interior TI. We used the existing exterior walls as a guide and moved on to design an interior space to meet our client's needs. The final concept consists of a reception area attached on the right to the spin club and lockers, and on the left to a fun Coffee Bar. HISTORIC FLABOB AIRPORT

(JURUPA VALLEY, CA)

Our involvement in the Historic Flabob Airport master plan has been nothing if not a uniquely American Experience. This little piece of history is connected as far back as Pre-WWII and the time of small craft Air Mail. We assisted the wonderful staff in designing a master plan to include new aircraft hangar locations as well as educational, conference, & community centers. Currently phase 1 hanger construction is complete and Phase 2 in under construction.
